I am an Environmental Science student with an emphasis in biology at Northern Arizona University class of 2015. I have been interested conserving the environment for my entire life. Through this interest I have developed a passion for wildlife conservation and public outreach. I believe that it is not only important to protect the environment and wildlife but it is also important to relay this information to the public. I am especially knowledgeable in the area of herpetology and ornithology. Research on reptiles and amphibians is important to me because they are good indicators as to the overall health of an ecosystem. My goals in life are to not only study how the ecosystems and wildlife are being effected but to also communicate the importance of conservation with the public.
